Quick note: This is one of the biggest and most precious lessons I’ve learnt; to live freely, unburdened of feared judgement, punishment and banishment. I struggled for years putting the needs of others before my own, displacing my own care as secondary. Until breaking point came and I realised I needed to be there for myself first before I could be there for others. Analyse your circles, acknowledge those who champion you and note those who question/disregard you. Remember those who do not understand you do not owe you acceptance, just as you do not owe them an explanation. Continue to play with your innate curiosities, learn more of who you are and love it, fiercely. You cannot support or serve another if you do not know and accept who you are first. Ultimately those who judge, punish or banish you are strangers. You are not here for them, you are here for you.
